Firefly, the Moscow office of KPMG, and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) have joined forces in Nizhny Novgorod! Our innovative three-year project, From Institutional Care to Family Support, combines the resources of a non-profit organization, a corporation, and USAID. We are dedicated to building the capacity of the child welfare professionals so they can offer qualified medical, psychological, and educational support to families who are:
• socially at risk;
• raising children with disabilities; or
• fostering/adopting young children from baby orphanages.
