President - Nicole Levine Nicole Levine is co-founder and President of Firefly, a non-profit that provides best practices and tools to governments, community leaders and direct care providers who are working to keep families intact and prevent child abandonment. Nicole served as Firefly’s first Executive Director and successfully established the organization’s presence in Russia. Previous to working with Firefly, Nicole was Associate Director of Marketing Development for the Corporate Executive Board. Nicole is currently the Chief Development Officer for Higher Achievement and serves on the board of Miriam’s Kitchen. Secretary - Diana England Diana has two children adopted from Russia. As a consultant in human resources, organization development and strategic planning, her clients have included the National Rehabilitation Hospital and Innova. As a board member of The England Foundation, she oversees grant making. Treasurer - J. Jonathan F. Baker From 1988 to 2001, Jonathan held positions as Vice President and Managing Director at the Advisory Board Company and later the Corporate Executive Board. In 2002 he became the Director for Business Development for Greenlight Energy, a wind energy development company. In 2007 Jonathan cofounded SolSage Energy, a solar energy company, and serves on its Board of Directors. He is also a partner in Kelly, Baker and Partners, LLC, which provides management and consulting services to startup and growth companies. Jonathan holds a BA in English and a BS in Economics from the University of Virginia. He lives in Charlottesville on a small organic farm with his wife, Julie, and five children, two of whom were adopted internationally from Russia and Romania.
